Weekend Roundup...
Saturday was my day (yay), and with that time (along with some time yesterday), I managed to complete the first draft of my WIP -- yay!! It's just the first draft, so there's still a ton of work to do, but it feels good to have the bones of the story down.
The kiddos and I went hiking yesterday morning:
(a typical CO summer day)
(the trail had trees...)
(and meadows...)
(and a nice view of Denver -- though a little hazy)
(and last night, the sky was afire)
