Have you ever read something that just made you relax into your chair and feel brim full of peace? I read a selection from a story yesterday which did just that...and then, because I hadn't been sleeping well at all, I took that feeling and went upstairs to nap. I seldom (maybe a couple times a year) attempt to nap during the day (it usually gives me a headache) -- but yesterday, I was out.

When I woke, I felt great -- I went to the gym and enjoyed the warm weather. And I slept okay last night too (not fantastic, but good enough).

Today, it's supposed to be close to 70 again (with snow chasing it either tomorrow or Thursday -- yikes)...but I can't nap today (it's yoga day).

How do you find those moments of complete peace?
