This is a relief to realize today. As the summer continues on, I find that I'm losing steam (ha!). August has been a rough month for me for the past few summers, and I think it's the stress of having the kids home plus the stress of having them start school (I'm always torn -- I love having extra time with them, but they definitely start getting weary of no structure) and everything which goes with a new school year. Add to that everything I don't feel I accomplished that I wanted to -- well, I feel like I can't think my way out of a paper sack ;)
So it's good to know that I can continue on without being the sharpest thinking tack, I guess...what do you think? What times of the year sap your strength?
