I've actually experienced this one. I've tried working on this with D, as well. He gets so upset when things don't go the way he thinks they should, so we've spent some time talking about letting life be. Rather than assuming (or labeling) something is bad, let it be and just accept it. I think this is something that being a mom has really helped me with -- you just can't control kiddos and their reactions, so I've had to let go a lot. And I don't like calling things 'bad', so I've been working on that. (Of course, I do still call things good...)
