Tolle talks often about finding 'space' -- the zone of letting go and just being. He compares it to outer space (the universe) where there are planets and stars mixed in with nothing (no form). Certainly, it reminds me of meditation -- of laying in the grass and letting my mind drift like the clouds overhead -- of watching the leaves dance in the wind. It's hard for me to do that during the winter, somehow. I think it's the lack of leaves (ha) and the cold. So today, despite the chill in the air, I'm going to try and find some space; try and let go.
How about you? How do you keep that balance between doing and being?
