My brother showed us the Youtube video about Matt (the guy who travels around the world and dances with people here) at the kiddos' piano lesson on Saturday. Both kids loved it, and E even had tears in her eyes. I had a hard time not crying outright -- and this quote made me think of that same feeling.
We share a purpose, every human being. When I watched Matt dancing with different people from different countries, I could see that purpose. Awakening, rejoicing in life, living, being in that moment -- it was a connection of spirit. Our outer purposes can really separate us, sometimes, and it can seem so lonely. But that inner drive to Live and experience and Be...if I recall that we *all* have that, it definitely brings about a community and a feeling of joining that dispels the loneliness.
How about you? When do you sense that common purpose the most?
