...I tried the Sleepy Time Tea last night, and whether it was that or my overall exhaustion, I slept better than I have in a long time. I did wake up at 5:15-ish (and it took me a few minutes to get back to sleep), but I haven't slept 6 hours without waking since the carefree nights of summer, so I feel remarkably good today (especially considering how much of a sleep deficit I've built up).
...I have a meeting this morning, and I'm contemplating how I can get out of the last half to make it to yoga...we'll see if I can manage it ;) If not, I'll just have to do some yoga on my own!
